As we move forward into a Subscription first plan in 2027 its important that I create a easy to access guide for all of you.There will be no radio station local or otherwise carrying the Bob and Sheri Show starting January 3rd 2027. More on that here.
How To Sign Up For Premium
This Should be simple Visit: https://bobandsheri.supportingcast.fm/ and follow the process for billing
Setup your Premium Feeds Once you’ve paid for premium it will send you to https://bobandsheri.supportingcast.fm/subscription
It is recommended you remove/ unsubscribe from the free versions of the feeds to avoid confusion.
You will see several feeds
Each feed has a “Unique to You” code You’ll Click Setup and follow the instructions on the page based on the player you want to use. You cannot share these outside of your household. Our system will flag and block you.
The apps Available to use with Supporting Cast are: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Youtube Music, Overcast, Pocketcasts and Podcast Addict
Note** Youtube Music has a delay with updating premium feeds. It’s a known issue that needs to be resolved with Youtube itself but as you know its hard to talk to a person these days and we’re currently stuck in an AI chatbot loop.
Note** Currently we cannot support the Premium Feeds in our app – we should have this enabled and built come spring 2027 at the latest.

The other feeds are exclusive to premium listeners and can only be found there- so there should be less confusion about setting those up.

How Do I Donate to the Premium Gift Fund?
That can be done one of two ways,
- If you’d like to do a monthly gift you can use the Pay What You Want Feature to increase your sub from 4.99 to whatever amount you’d like to gift every month.

Note** How this works is at the end of each 30 Day cycle billing divides up the funds by the yearly cost of a subscription and we will gift from the waitlist of people on a first come first serve basis.

The Bob and Sheri 24/7 Stream
Currently we have plans to continue on with the 24/7 Stream. It is a bit buggy as we work through beta testing and fixing the platform moving forward. Expect Ads and for the show to be delayed by a 30 day period starting in January. Meaning for example January 2nds show aired on the 24/7 stream will be from December 2nd.
The Oddcast
The oddcast will remain free with Ads at this time. Ads free Feeds will be available to premium users.
True Weird Stuff
Will remain free to the public With Ads at this time. Ads Free Feeds will be available to premium Users.
Price Increase
Starting in January we will have a price increase to 5.99 a month/ 71.88 a year to cover the cost of keeping the show running. That is $.30 US a show. This is to maintain business as usual with no staffing changes.
Happy Hour

If you’re having trouble with Youtube Here are a few simple steps
You do not have to create a Youtube/Gmail account if you don’t want to however, without an account you cannot comment or react to the stream
How to comment
On a live video the chat is at the right of your screen you can type in the chat box and send emojis. Currently you cannot reply directly to other commenters in Youtube Live Chat unless you type the @ and their username. Happy Hour videos remain on the page after the broadcast is over so you can rewatch or catch up on missed broadcasts.
The Bob and Sheri App
The Bob and App is free for both Iphone and Android. Although it currently does not allow us to use your premium feeds within the app we are hoping to roll that update out very soon.
The app is going through some changes in the coming months so this will change as time goes on.
Talkbacks can be done from the microphone in the bottom center of your screen.
If you are having trouble with talkbacks make sure you’ve allowed the app to use your microphone.
The Newsletter Sign Up
You can sign up directly here: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/C63EnSD to reach the landing page it will pass you through a anti-bot verification page You don’t need to do or click anything and it should only take a second or two to drop you on the sign up page. However, Certain firewalls may block this action. If you run into this please reach out to Ashliegh@bobandsheri.com with a request to add you to the newsletter list.
If you are already a part of our list but are not receiving emails here’s a quick rundown of what some common issues are
Gmail: It is very likely ‘Organized’ in your promotions tab if its not there check in your spam folder
Microsoft: Check your spam as it’s common for it to view it as a sales email and just dump it directly.
Contesting
Contests will still be a part of the show moving forward. They will live on the free website bobandsheri.com/contests although premium users may get additional chances to win (with no further effort on their part.)
Data
When I give the show my data what happens to it? (Ex signing up for a contest, newsletter, doing a survey or subscribing to premium)
So the general answer to this is Nothing. We keep newsletter info to continue to send you emails and contesting information is kept only to the legal required date of 90 days post contest entry then deleted. We do not sell, share or give away your data.
Partner companies (Supporting Cast, Aiirkast, Stripe, Shopify) All have their own data policies you will need to check with them and their sites to find out what and how they use your data.
