We are still experiencing issues on both Apple & Google podcasts stemming from a change we made in the feed a few weeks ago. The majority of the errors are with regards to the Bob and Sheri show podcast which was created many many years ago before many of the current podcasting structures were created. Due to this, solving the issue has taken more time than we expected. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience during this time. We are working with both Apple and Google support teams to get these issues resolved as soon as we can. An update will be posted here, and on all Bob and Sheri Social Channels when we have an answer.
If you are using another third party app we have been able to work separately with those support teams in some cases to have the issue resolved there individually. Heather thank you for all you are doing. I to use Apple podcast and on Friday morning saw that all of this past week of the Bob and Sheri podcast had been uploaded. However today Saturday there is no Friday podcast of Bob and Sheri. I hope this doesn’t mean we are in for more problems. Please let us know thank you
We use Media Monkey to access the podcast (after Apple stopped supporting our ‘ancient’ Ipod nano).
