Meet Braxx! 🐾

Braxx is a little over 1 year old, neutered, 50 lbs, and a Black Mouth Cur mix. He has been at the shelter since March 14 after being surrendered by his owner, and this fun-loving boy is so ready for a change of scenery.

Braxx LOVES to play and has lots of happy energy. He would be a great fit for an active home with kids who want a playful buddy, and he has had positive interactions with other dogs too. He would do best with a dog friend who enjoys wrestling and playing as much as he does.

Braxx would love a foster, adoption, or even a short staycation to help him get some time outside the shelter and give everyone a chance to learn more about him in a home.

Meet Sirius! 🐾

Sirius is a handsome Border Collie/German Shepherd mix, estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old, and he is already neutered.

This sweet boy recently got to enjoy a day out, and he was an absolute joy from start to finish. He needed a little boost into the car at first, but once he was in, he was the perfect passenger.

Sirius is social, loving, and incredibly connected to his person. Every dog he met seemed like a potential new friend, and he greeted people with a happy, gentle attitude. He was non-reactive around other dogs and checked in often, always wanting to stay close and connected.

Loud noises, like the light rail train passing by, made him a little unsure, but he handled it well and found comfort by staying close.

The best way to describe Sirius? Easy, quiet, loving, and ready to share life’s adventures with someone special.
