Charlotte “Charly” King is a professional astrologer and author with three years as an associate member of The American Federation of Astrologers.

Born and raised in the UK, she is a proud American citizen, despite pouting about changing her blue hair back to brown because she wanted to be respectable at the interview.

Charly is a science nerd, obsessed with hacking health, prosperity & wellness using a retrospective look at astrological cycles in parallel with those of today. She finished her first book on emotional management in May 2019, (available December 22), while running a horoscope subscription service with daily astrological updates for all signs. Working more with tech developers on dating, wellness, and self-development apps, she has also been using metaphysics to provide algorithms for newcomers in the fin-tech arena and working alongside RNs to investigate health indicators in natal charts. Her favorite areas of astrology have fast become the stock market, health & medicine, and the world's general evolutionary progress.

Charly is the founder of The Horoscope Vault, a new online platform aimed at bringing the benefits of astrology to the public through educational courses and impartial, daily horoscopes.

Most of her time is spent looking at the stars and figuring out the changes that are coming, but in those rare moments when her feet are planted firmly on the ground, she likes to cook, clean, and enjoy the simple aspects of life with her husband and their differently-abled husky, Bean.

On July 4, 2024, I recorded a forecast that global tsunami activity would become a concern starting in March 2025. That prediction came during my research into astrological cycles of the USA, where I test timing against real‑world events.

Now, in 2025, tsunami warnings litter the headlines, aligning with that very forecast.

The Prediction

The prediction was made publicly on The Horoscope Vault podcast during the episode titled “July 4th 2024: The USA Solar Return + 11 Predictions for the Year”. It was thanks to an obsession with patterns, cycles and the unfolding future of the USA that led me to treat the July 4th birthday celebrations like any other birthday celebration be it pet, human or otherwise. It was from the United States birthday chart, that tsunami activity was seen to potentially begin in March 2025.

You can verify this in the original episode here:

The 2025 Connection

In March 2025, there were a series of undersea quakes and volcanic shifts in the Pacific and other regions. Authorities continued to monitor seismic zones and global attention turned toward the increasing frequency of alerts.

The alignment between forecast and event does not replace scientific explanation, but it does highlight the ongoing debate around alternative methods of anticipating global risks. It is true that the science behind tsunamis is well understood, but the alignment with a seemingly random forecast made by a little, home body, pattern seeking spiritualist in mid‑2024 raises broader questions.

Was this coincidence, or does predictive astrology hold untapped potential in identifying global risks?

Astrology is Up for Discussion

The value of a forecast is not in proving a point but in sparking dialogue. If long‑range astrological cycles can highlight timing windows for major natural events, where little ol’ me can foresee something so potentially mighty, then what role might solar system patterns and cycles play alongside traditional science?

The significance is less about being “right” and more about opening the door to research and exploration of alternative methods. Forecasting is most useful when it challenges us to look closer at patterns we may otherwise ignore.

Tsunami warnings in 2025 will continue to dominate headlines as seismic activity unfolds. Whether coincidence or not, the fact that this window was flagged in 2024 shows the value of asking bigger questions. Could timing itself be another tool in anticipating global risks?

Looking Ahead: Tsunami Warnings and the Question of Timing

As tsunami news continues to dominate the headlines, science remains the foundation for understanding and response. Yet the overlap between these alerts and an astrological forecast recorded all the way back in July 2024 invites a broader discussion: can recurring cycles and long‑range patterns, even outside of conventional methods, offer another way to anticipate events?
