FAQ’s For Everything Bob and Sheri

Lots of new and fun things have rolled out in 2023! With those changes comes a few hiccups here and there so I’m creating this resource for you to help answer some Frequently Asked Questions.

1. Why is my App is Shutting off after a Few Minutes of Playing?
   • This is a fun one. I believe this is an Iphone only issue so if you’re experiencing this on an Android device email me here. On an iphone updated to the Latest IOS you will need to make sure that “Background App Refresh” is turned on for this to stop happening. If the problem persists after turning this toggle on Uninstall and Reinstall the app. If you need help with any of these steps check out this guide from Apple.

• • If your device has issues when you are using it on Cellular data try this fix:

1. I can’t find True Weird Stuff
   • So True Weird Stuff can be most easily found at TrueWeirdStuff.com. But is now available on all major podcast platforms.
   • If you’re a subscriber of the Oddcast you will receive the weekly episode of True Weird Stuff on Friday each week.
2. I don’t see what you posted on Facebook in my feed!
   • Facebook tries to guess what you’d like to see in your feed and sometimes it guesses very, very wrong. Even our most dedicated followers will not see 100% of everything we post based on the algorithm. Here are some quick steps from Facebook on how to reset your preferences so you can see our posts.

1. How Do I email Bob & Sheri?
   • The easiest way to contact Bob & Sheri is through Hello@bobandsheri.com
2. My local station doesn’t carry the show anymore how can I find a way to listen in my car?
   • Check the “Where to Listen” Tab first on our website it has a handy dandy map to point you to the closest local station.
   • If you cant find a station in your area try our 24/7 Stream bobandsheriradio.com which will require cellular data to use.
   • The App is also a great back up option if you are not in our coverage area and its a great one stop place to find all our podcasts and streaming services in one!
