Charlotte “Charly” King is a professional astrologer and author with three years as an associate member of The American Federation of Astrologers.

Born and raised in the UK, she is a proud American citizen, despite pouting about changing her blue hair back to brown because she wanted to be respectable at the interview.

Charly is a science nerd, obsessed with hacking health, prosperity & wellness using a retrospective look at astrological cycles in parallel with those of today. She finished her first book on emotional management in May 2019, (available December 22), while running a horoscope subscription service with daily astrological updates for all signs. Working more with tech developers on dating, wellness, and self-development apps, she has also been using metaphysics to provide algorithms for newcomers in the fin-tech arena and working alongside RNs to investigate health indicators in natal charts. Her favorite areas of astrology have fast become the stock market, health & medicine, and the world's general evolutionary progress.

Charly is the founder of The Horoscope Vault, a new online platform aimed at bringing the benefits of astrology to the public through educational courses and impartial, daily horoscopes.

Most of her time is spent looking at the stars and figuring out the changes that are coming, but in those rare moments when her feet are planted firmly on the ground, she likes to cook, clean, and enjoy the simple aspects of life with her husband and their differently-abled husky, Bean.

With another pending retrograde filling up social media feeds, it’s worth mentioning that the backwards spin of any planet is meant to simply represent a time of course correction related to the planets action and the sign it is in. What does that mean for your zodiac?

Aries: It may not be clear how to approach something new but you should just go for it anyway. You get great results when you step outside of your comfort zone and if things get tough, rely on your closest friends to keep you smiling.

Taurus: It can be fun meeting unique and exciting people but this week it’s worth mentioning that friendships taking off after Saturday when the newest retrograde of Saturn begins, may fizzle out as quickly as they started.

Gemini: This week may be a chance to slow down instead of moving at your regular, fast pace. Make an effort to take it easy on yourself so that respite isn’t forced upon you in some other way like car problems or minor illness making you stay home for the day or worse, the whole week!

Cancer: Make extra effort not to take things personally. Awkward situations can be made much more uncomfortable if you take offense to something that wasn’t intended that way.

Leo: Paperwork issues could show up this week from small mistakes that were made in haste. This could be to do with something you signed or sent off in the last 3 months.

Virgo: There are obvious differences between you and everyone else but you manage to keep your true thoughts inside regarding those. This may be the most settled your friendships and connections have been since around early March and you want to it to last, so you let a lot slide this week in the name of peace

Libra: A schedule change is annoying at first but has a silver lining to it in the end. Go with the flow of whatever shows up, even if it’s not what you think is best, because it could work out much better.

Scorpio: There’s been less time, energy or incentive for fun lately and this week is a continuation of that. Try to keep a hobby or something self care based in your weekly schedule to avoid speeding towards burn out

Sagittarius: You may have less responsibilities at home which means more opportunity to make the best use of any free time you get. The perfect saying or book for you this week would be “The less I do, the more I make.”

Capricorn: Communication break downs that don’t seem big or bothersome for others happen to be massive for you. This could be something like your words getting twisted and you doing some serious talking to set the record straight.

Aquarius: You may be denying yourself things because you’re motivated to save OR you could be spending recklessly without a care in the world. Your sense of security is in focus so check in with your finances and decide if you are happy with what you see.

Pisces: Things may appear to slow down but they don’t *actually* slow down at all. It’s just that your usual set of tasks get replaced by a different set of tasks this week. But as they saying goes, “a change is as good as a rest.” So this could still feel refreshing.
