What energy are you bringing to this day, to your relationship, to all of your interactions? If feeling the weight of the world, try unloading your negative emotions with one positive thought at a time, until you can’t remember why you felt so low.
Connection
How can you best open your heart and clear your mind to truly connect in love and humility with the world and the people in it? Sit quietly; listen to the sound of your own breath, as you meditate on peaceful images in your mind, mentally go to your perfect oasis of peace, restoration and calm.
Intention
Realize tomorrow is not guaranteed. This moment right now is all that you have. Infuse all of your senses with gratitude for it and for all the moments you have until you rest your head upon your pillow tonight.
