“Fear” the emotion which Franklin D. Roosevelt declared is “the only thing we have to fear” has always been used as a political tactic. In fact, it is the favorite psychological tool of despots, dictators, religious cult leaders and self-proclaimed rulers of the people to keep the masses in check and under their control.
Today in America we are witnessing the propagation of fear on a daily basis.
We have been told we should be afraid of Muslims who live amongst us and want to enact sharia law.
We should be on high alert and deathly afraid of illegal aliens, many who are bad people and have been sent here to rape and murder us.
We should fear same sex partners being allowed to marry because it will destroy the sanctity of heterosexual marriage.
We should fear a future of a New World Order which is a secretly emerging totalitarian government.
Death panels who decide who lives and dies, BLM Marxists who are indoctrinating our children,
George Soros, Bill Gates, the Deep State, high ranking politicians who are running pedophilia rings and secretly worship Satan, ANTIFA, Socialism, Vaccines, having our guns taken away . . .
And ultimately, we should fear everyone and anyone who doesn’t share our same views of America, God and the rest of the world – we should be afraid of “they” aka “the others.”
Who are “the others”? Unfortunately, you and I sharing this place at this time are “the others.” While we are all Americans supposedly playing for the same unified team, currently we are spending our precious time scrimmaging against ourselves, instead of skins vs shirts we are red hats vs everyone who isn’t wearing one.
Why? Perhaps it is because our head coach whose job is to unite us toward a common goal has never grasped that “perfect union” aspect of the job. Instead he has picked sides and designated his offensive line as the only true players worthy of being on the field . . . making it quite difficult to advance the ball into the end zone.
This man, who is charged with rising above the fray to inspire us to work together, has repeatedly demeaned his defensive players (calling them weak, pathetic losers) while simultaneously dismissing any assistant coach who dares to question his playbook. When the players complain and protest his methodology – he declares how unfairly he is being treated and points the finger at them for not being able to score a win.
In a time where it was prophesied that we would be so tired of winning, the only fatigue I observe from most of my fellow Americans has nothing to do with the exhilaration of triumph and everything to do with hate exhaustion and the agony of constant conflict. And for that shared malady there is just one remedy, a cure Martin Luther King Jr. eloquently spoke of many years ago . . .
“Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.”
If we come together and play on this field, there will be no such thing as “the others” and fear will ultimately be conquered by love.

I love this so much! I’m SO tired of all the hatred and derision!
